UI/UX Design
Since Cannabis has been legalized for recreational purposes in certain states, everyone can shop at MedMen store. However, Cannabis industry haven't had the technology system for the convenience shopping. Therefore, MedMen need to create digital Point of Sale for customer's satisfaction.

Problems

Store staffs are suffering from lots of unnessary work and inefficient workflow. They have to wait until customer fill out the registration form and gether these. After that, they have to put all information to the system manaually per customer. Therefore, customers have to wait in the long line before going into the store. As a results, customers traffic and sales revenue are getting to decrease.

Solution

Top priority is that MedMen has to change workflow and make their customer happy. Create digital POS system with new UI/UX. First of all, I build Responsive Web Design for muliple platform. Especially, it should be fit into iOS App. I focuse on customer can go into the store in a second and store staff can manage customers effectively. In conclusion, I create new shopping flow from registration to checkout smoothly to finish shopping in 5 munites.
