MedMen were using the thrid pary company software for HR and employees. There are lots of functionality for HR department and Employee persoanl information what they can mange by themselves. However, MedMen needed own interanl system instead of third party software to manage it in-house.

Problems

Third-pary software has the limitation to add new features whatever MedMen wanted and it wasn't friendly for employee. Therefore, if employees had an issues or questions, they contacted to HR about anything. Moreover, department had their own software for their efficent works so MedMen had at least 3 different third-pary software and paid an extra money for these.

Solution

I created new internal employee website with covering all requirements such as own employee page, MedMen lastest news, education page, each department homepage etc. Definately, it is RWD (Responsive Web Design) for multiple devices. Especailly, I added low maintenance contexts such as News, MedMen Stock to homepage becuase they don't have any resources to update homepage.
